Go to List view and select all the shifts you would like to edit.
Edit the shift time
Click on Actions → Edit Shift Times. Input the new times, review, and confirm your changes.
Increase headcount for a shift
Click on Actions → Request Workers. Input how many additional workers you need.
Existing assigned workers will remain unchanged. This only increases the worker count.
Cancel a shift
Click on Actions → Cancel Shifts. Select shifts you want to cancel. Shifts will be cancelled immediately, and any scheduled workers will be notified of the cancellation.
Add a new shift
If you need to add a shift to the assignment after it has been created, contact your Account Manager.
Edit the assignment name
Once the assignment is created, you cannot edit the assignment name.
If you need to change the name, contact your Account Manager to help make the change for you.
