HelloFresh/Factor Food Handler's Certification Requirement
If you want to work a shift at any HelloFresh or Factor location, you must have a valid Food Handler's Card.
This is a mandatory requirement.
Below are the instructions for uploading a card you already have or getting a new one.
If You Need a Card
If you need a valid Food Handler's Card, follow these steps:
Open the Course Link
Click this link to access the WorkWhile Certifly list: https://shop.thecertacademy.com/WWSelect the Course
Scroll down to “Choose your Course” and click “ Food Handler Training” for “Insert State”Add Course to Cart
Click “Add to Cart.”Proceed to Checkout
Once you’ve confirmed the correct course is in the cart, click “Next.”Register an Account
Click “Register” to begin creating your accountEnter Account Information
Fill out the required fields and submit.Apply Discount Code
After submitting your info, you’ll reach the payment page.
Do not enter credit card information. Instead, select “Discount Code” and enter in WW100 and select apply. Then go to the next page.Start the Training
You’ll then be directed to the course page. Click “Get Started” to begin training.Complete the Course
After completing the training, your certificate will be available under “My Certificates” on the homepage.
Note: If training is interrupted, you can resume it under “My Training.”Submit Your Certificate

If You Already Have a Card
If you have a valid Food Handler's Card, you must upload it to your profile in the app. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Me tab.
Select Work Profile.
Choose Certificates.
Tap Upload New Certificate.
Select Food Handlers Card from the dropdown menu and upload the image. If you encounter any issues with the training course or uploading your certificate, contact the WorkWhile Worker Success Team for assistance.
Open the WorkWhile app before starting these steps to ensure smooth navigation.
