What to expect
The move from Dayforce / Ideal to WorkWhile involves a few operational updates:
WorkWhile becomes a new vendor in your accounts payable system
Billing moves to WorkWhile's invoicing cadence (four times per month)
Day-to-day shift posting, scheduling, and worker management happen in the WorkWhile portal
Your existing payment terms generally stay the same
