  • List of starting locations

  • Full addresses and position types per location

  • Any location-specific requirements, e.g. parking

Points of contact

  • Names and emails for primary contacts, e.g. day-to-day managers

  • Include anyone else that needs portal access, e.g. regional managers that need insight

  • AP or finance contact for billing

First shifts

  • Locations, dates, times

  • Number of workers needed

  • Pay rate

  • Any role-specific requirements, e.g. certifications

  • Any special instructions, e.g. dress code, check-in

Volume expectations

  • Estimated monthly volume

  • Any upcoming events, openings, or business changes

  • Seasonal peaks
