Why is my pay pending supervisor approval?

If you clock out after the scheduled end time of a shift and indicate that you worked extra time, the supervisor will have to approve your hours in the WorkWhile system before payment can be processed. We do our best to remind supervisors to approve your hours quickly in these cases, but there may be some delay in processing payment depending on the supervisor.
