How can I remove the suspension on my account?

Your account has been suspended because your health screening responses indicated that you tested positive for COVID. As a safety precaution, we have removed any shifts that were on your schedule for the 5 days following your health screening response and temporarily removed your access to jobs.

The suspension will be removed after 5 days, but cannot be removed earlier if you self certified that you needed to cancel a shift because you have COVID. You will need to wait until the 5 day suspension is removed to continue working shifts.
