You’re booked for a shift. Now what?
Here are some important steps to make sure you have a successful shift and earn your complete pay.
First, take your smartphone and make sure your location tracking is turned on. This is how you will clock in and clock out of your shift.
Then, check the shift description so you are prepared and able to meet all of the requirements listed, such as dress codes.
If you cannot attend the shift for any reason, please cancel 24 hours before the scheduled start to be removed without a strike
If you cannot cancel that far in advance, you will receive a strike if cancelled before the start of your shift, but you can reach out to Customer Success to get it removed with documentation
Get to your shift on time to avoid any penalties.
