Booked your first shift?

You’re booked for a shift. Now what?
Here are some important steps to make sure you have a successful shift and earn your complete pay.

  • First, take your smartphone and make sure your location tracking is turned on. This is how you will clock in and clock out of your shift.

  • Then, check the shift description so you are prepared and able to meet all of the requirements listed, such as dress codes.

  • If you cannot attend the shift for any reason, please cancel 24 hours before the scheduled start to be removed without a strike

  • If you cannot cancel that far in advance, you will receive a strike if cancelled before the start of your shift, but you can reach out to Customer Success to get it removed with documentation

  • Get to your shift on time to avoid any penalties.
