The appeals process allows workers to request a review if they believe a strike, block, or other action was issued incorrectly or unfairly.

How do I submit an appeal?

You can submit an appeal by completing the "Appeal Submission Form" and providing details about the incident, along with any supporting documentation.

What types of actions can be appealed?

You can appeal actions such as strikes, account blocks, or suspensions that you believe were issued incorrectly or unfairly.

What happens after I submit my appeal?

Once your appeal is submitted, our team will review the information, investigate the matter, and you'll be provided the basis for the decision. Because of the factual complexity of appeals submitted, we expect different appeals to take a different amounts of time and will address it promptly.

Can I appeal multiple strikes or blocks?

Yes, if you believe actions were issued incorrectly or unfairly, you can submit separate appeals for each instance. Workers can appeal one time per block or strike.

How long do I have to file an appeal?

You will have 90 days since receiving your strike, block or suspension to file an appeal.
