What are callouts and how do I manage them?

What is a callout

When a worker cannot make a shift in the assignment, they can request a callout for that shift.

The worker will continue to be scheduled for the shift until the callout is approved.

This option is only available for workers that have already completed their first shift in the assignment.


Approving a callout

Your WorkWhile team will monitor callout requests. If you would like to also be notified of callout requests by email, contact your Account Manager to be added to notifications.
